Carson Ridge Disc Golf Course Workday

Saturday April 12th | Carson Ridge Disc Golf Park | 9:00am-11:00am

Join Carson City Parks, Recreation & Open Space staff at the Carson Ridge Disc Golf Park for a volunteer workday! Volunteer activities will include trash clean up and weeding. Tools, gloves, and trash bags will be provided. No registration required. Long sleeve shirt, long pants, and close toed shoes recommended.

Voltaire Canyon Clean-Up

Saturday April 19th | Voltaire Canyon | 10:00am-12:00pm

Celebrate the weekend before Earth Day by volunteering with the Carson City Parks, Recreation & Open Space Department! Join us at Voltaire Canyon on Saturday April 19th from 10:00am-12:00pm to help clean up the large amount of trash in this area. Tools, gloves, and trash bags will be provided. No registration required. Long sleeve shirt, long pants, and close toed shoes recommended. The site we will be focusing on is located at 1188 Voltaire Canyon Rd (near the water tower). Voltaire Canyon Road is a dirt road with a few dips and bumps, however, can be driven by most vehicles.
